Bringing Together Young India

On 27th May, Reddys from around the state of Telangana gathered together in a show of solidarity, in expression of plight of the reddy community and in a somber call for protection of Rights. Case was made on birth caste, the profession of forefathers and farming background. Farming difficulties due to high cost of labor and farming were covered. Also covered was the lack of unity among the community.

There is an immediate need for a strategy addressing the reform of the reservation system. 11 demands made at the gathering highlight the importance of this issue. Lost opportunities for generations cannot continue. Reservation system is dividing the country. A conversation on reservation is long overdue in our country. Paree rendered a Poem, Raithanna.
